If you mean nonfictional, I'd definitely have to say either an osprey or a sunbird!

If fictional is allowed, I'd have to say dragons, which types? Probably Eastern.

Explanation:

  Sunbirds are really quite beautiful birds, and they're uncommon, too, so it's really special when you see one.

  And for ospreys, we used to have a nest of them by our house, despite not being near the sea, which was really strange. They were confirmed ospreys, too, and just so loud- but they're huge, so that's also another thing I find cool.

  Eastern dragons are really unique and unlike the usual winged ones, plus they come in really amazing and brilliant colors, plus dragons are just amazing to begin with, scales, fur, and feathers.
