Female- running improves menstrual and ovulation cycles including fertility as it decreases blood glucose, abdominal fat etc . It also decreases testosterone levels and increases other sex hormones
Male - for men running also increases sperm count and produces a higher concentration. However excessive exercise might actually DECREASE sperm count says studies.
