Why do power plants release hydrofluorocarbons and other f-gases?

Plz will mark! the diagram shows the positions of the sun, moon and earth during spring tides, when the high tides are at their highest and low tides at their lowest. what is it about these positions that causes these high and low tides?

Ialready know the answers to these questions and they are on the attachment. but i just need to know why that answer is the correct one. plz asap! this is for a report that i need to email by 10!
