Suppose a group of scientists discover an earth-like-planet (Planet A) in the hospitable range of the brown dwarf. Planet A was warm enough to have liquid
water. As the L-class brown dwarf not as hot as the sun, Planet A would be very
close to the brown start. However, it would mean that Planet A is most likely tidal
locked with the brown dwarf. As an L-class dwarf, the star would appear red
(slightly dim) and blue light would be almost non-existent.
It is assumed that the group of scientists found that the earth-like-plant (derived
from the same origin and same components as the plant on earth) are thriving on
Planet A.
In your opinion, identify the possible features of adaptation for the plant to be able
to photosynthesis and thrive in Planet A.
Explain your answer.
Your explanation should include good analysis and breakdown in detail while
considering the relationship between the environment of Planet A and the plant
thriving there.
