2. Sugar is deoxyribose 
3. Bases are A,T,C,G

The most fundamental difference is that the DNA molecules are less an oxygen moiety - hence "DE-OXY-" ribonucleic acid. There are more than a few physical implications that result from that structural difference in terms of how the different molecules function in biologic systems - but that is beyond the scope of your question in the context in which you asked it.
