Who is smarter men or women or who has more smart people? (i am not a sexist)

He explained to me they represented the distribution of male and female intelligence. He speculated that male intelligence was the wider curve—the implication being that woman may be a little smarter than men, on average, but most are just average. Men are more likely to be extremely smart or stupid.

Both men and women are equally smart. It just depends if they chose to apply that in their every day life. Some people may come off as "more intelligent" than others because they are applying what they know.
