i understand that an organic compound is any chemical compound that contains carbon bonded to at least one other atom (usually hydrogen)
and isn't true that carbon and carbohydrates contain carbon? ? or am i getting this mixed up..this is pretty confusing. also i'm doing this in biology, but we're getting a basic foundation of chemistry.
