Im going to explain it to you like this: This is a meiosis proceudure when chromosomes are pulled apart. In this case C and D would be found in one daughter and c and d will be on the other daughter. Something like:

C____D    and c______d
First and second cells will be the same 
As soon as the first part of the meiosis happens, in the second stage the first and second cell will be only C and D chromosomes and in the third and fourth cell there would be only c and d chromosomes
