Thus, aspects of climate that are most important to forest ecosystem is the temperature and precipitation. Because. 1.  Temperature determines the adaptable and environmental influences such as the sunlight, the biotic community and especially the photosynthetic mechanisms of plants which is responsible for making its own food. 2.  Precipitation.
