Which human activity has the most negative effect on the stability of an ocean enviroment ?

Things like littering. Some people fish with toxic equipment, or leave their nets just floating in the water which can choke some ocean animals. There's global warming, which doesn't even need to be directly near the ocean. Pollution in general heats up the planet making the ice melt, drowning polar bears and penguins.
