I would say A.DESERT because 1.scaly, thick skin, the desert has a lot of animals with scaly slick skin and also it could protect them from to much heat getting to them. 2.rarely spend any time above ground, the desert also has some animals like that and those animals do that to stay cool and safe. 3.might not drink, but get water from seeds and plants, the desert is a very dry place it barley rains so  they have to get there water from plants and seeds. 4.warm-blooded, regulate body temperature internally, a lot of animals in the desert can do this to stay cool and not over heat and die. 5. nocturnal, sleep during the day and hunt and eat at night, a lot of animals do this and I would to hunting in the night means its much cooler so you can use up energy and rest without that sun constantly draining energy another reason they hunt in at night is its much more stealthier meaning you can sneak up on your prey easier. 6. you can also use proses of elimination starting with ocean might not drink, but get water from seeds and plants ,you can get water everywhere you go so that's a easy no jungle it rains a lot so that's also an easy no and forest it rains normally and also there are ponds and streams so that's an easy no and that leaves us with desert again and that was only one option so the answer is A) desert. hope this helps :3
