Switching from fossil fuels to energy would significantly decrease the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

Solar energy is a great way to cut back on carbon dioxide.
Of course the most effect way to cut down on to carbon dioxide is to make people stop breathing by making people wear masks for a year to cut emission if we were able to make that happen it might solve global warming.
