Idk if this answer is actually for a quiz, but for my opinion and belief, it would be impossible to classify animals and organisms if all of this came from an accident. If this question is for a quiz though, I assume that they will expect you to say False. Mostly to defend their belief. So it's really up to you on what you're gonna go with.
