I think that dandelion leaves are simple leaves. 

A simple leaf is an undivided leaf. It has a flat, undivided blade that is supported by a stalk. The stalk is called a petiole which is supported by collenchyma and sclerenchyma fibers.

Dandelion is a very edible plant. Its parts can all be eaten; roots, leaves, crown, and flowers.

The leaves are filled with beta-carotene, thiamine, riboflavin, calcium, iron, zinc, and magnesium. It also has potassium, vitamin A, and protein. It helps in maintaining cardiovascular and digestive health.
