Mr. Lote is a university student. He is also working in a very busy company and he is required to deliver
frequently to an international boss who really pushes him to perform. The last two months Mr. Lote has
irritable, inconsiderate and sickly. He had stopped smoking but of late he smokes more than before. W
home he is not able to relax and pushes himself to complete his work to perfection.
a) Analyze Mr. Lote's typology in relation to coping with stress. (5 Marks)
b) Explain to him what he needs to do in order to better cope with stress. (5Marks)

Firstly, He should take care of himself. Eat healthy, exercise, get plenty sleep, and gives yourself a break if
fell stressed out.
• He should talk to others. Share his problems and how you are feeling and coping with a paren, friend, ouselor, d
or pastor
• He should avoid drugs and alcohol. These may seem to help, but they can create additional problems and increa
the stress you are already feeling.
• He should take a break from work. If the work events are causing him stress, he should take a break work
• He should recognize when he needs more help. lf problems continue or he think of
