Hey, I think have I solved the Fermi Paradox, can someone tell me if I am or am not the first person to come up with this? So as you know, humans have obvious advantages over other animals. For instance, we have hands of which allow us to make tools and such, perhaps the odds of an organism evolving limbs like ours is extremely rare and that is what stops intelligent creatures (perhaps even more intelligent than us) from making advanced civilizations, because they can't build anything.
