Joel and his son justin went out fishing in south dakota in may . it was a nice warm day , but when they pulled out the fish . it was really cold . justin woundered why the fish was cold . his dad explained that it was because a property of water called is high . this is because water has therefore , the water vwas still cool from being frozen in the winter .
