This statement is true because according to its definition. Secondary succession is a type of ecological succession of plant life. And secondary succession is a process started by a primary succession that reduces an already established ecosystem. Humans sometimes do things that can harm the ecosystem like illegal logging, burning of plastics and throwing garbage everywhere. This kind of actions will affect the ecosystem and damage it.  That’s the reason why human belong to secondary succession. Another examples of secondary successions are fire burning the forests.
