We eat and drink to obtain the energy and matter we use to survive

We consume nutrients through the foods we eat, and the things we drink, but we also get nutrients from the sun. Depending on what you eat helps your body obtain the vitamins and calcium your body needs to survive. It is found that the more orange juice you drink the stronger you bones in your body get, yet orange juice is acidic, so it eats away at the enamel on your teeth.
