Use element and pure element in a in the same sentence

An element is a pure substance that cannot be broken down into anything simpler by physical or chemical means.

An element has many different quantities of electrons, protons, and neutrons but a pure element can have few or more as the other but all around, they have the same amount of each. Does this make sense? I hope I helped. ^-^
