This is a better argument that best addresses the statement, because with improvement of people's life, & them having the safe knowledge that they are being taken care of, they themselves will be able to take care of other people in need, & turn their attention to things like nature, in which they can try to save mother earth from further harm (for example, clean energy, conservation, etc). However, for people to start thinking about the earth, their own needs will have to be met. Which is why you must sacrifice some, to gain another, and then get back what you lost
