The 2 forces in the up and down directions are completely balanced and will result in a net force in the up and down direction of 0.  The forces left and right are unbalanced.  That means the greater force will have a net pull in that direction of the difference between the two directions.  632 - 487 = 145 N in the right direction is the net force.
