Transcription is partly controlled by proteins

The  regulatory  protein are  responsible for controlling  transcription  partly. Regulatory  protein bind  to  the regulatory  region  on  DNA
       The  two  protein  include  troponin  and  tropomyosin. They  are  special  protein  that  bind to  specific  regulatory   sequence  of  DNA. This act  to  switch  gene  on  and  off  hence  regulating  transcription  of  genes.
