If he exercises mild work out in the starting days, and take off one or two days. Because the body muscles are not prone to exercise and they are soft. It takes time to adopt physical workouts. By doing alternate exercise, the body will gradually lose weight, buildup stamina. If every type of exercise would do at a time, the body gets tired and impact will be fatal. Therefore, beginners should keep one day rest, as it will help to build muscles in the body.
