An adult normal range of 60 to 85 mm hg is the standard for which blood pressure measurement?

The range of 60 to 85 mmHg (millimetres of mercury) is the standard for normal diastolic blood pressure.  

Blood pressure is the pressure of circulating blood on the walls of arteries and it is expressed with systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Systolic pressure is the one during the contraction of heart muscle and diastolic refers to the one when your heart muscle is between beats (minimum in between two heartbeats). For example, normal blood pressure in an adult is approximately 120/80 mm Hg. 120 mmHg is systolic, and 80 mmHg diastolic pressure.
