Most hormones' secretions are regulated by feedback, whereby a hormone's secretions are regulated by the hormone itself; in contrast, feedback occurs when a hormone is stimulated by a tropic hormone to secrete more of their own hormone as well as the tropic hormone.

Negative, as regulation by the hormone itself means there is an excess, so negative feedback is most likely.
While the other is positive for another stimulant is secreted to stimulate the secretion of the hormone.
