The veins of bodybuilder pop out more than a person who does not lift weight because of bodybuilders lifts a weight more often such that they put an excessive amount of pressure on their veins where most people don't. 
Varicose arteries they do not exist because not only that they are located deeper in the skin than veins but because they are also equipped which help them to handle blood with higher pressure.
Nerves, veins, and arteries travel together because nerves require the constant blood supply to function as they are supposed to and makes it essential that they travel along with nerves and arteries that can give them blood they require.
