Situational factors are factors that surrounds the person which includes the environment,work, school and people around that person. Some people take their family opinion very seriously when they do things so they will consider that before making a decision to use a particular service or to buy a product.

The brand also plays a role in whether a person get involved with a particular service , people may tend to trust more those brand that they are familiar with.
