Laserspot is involved in producing and selling high-end golf equipment. the company has recently been involved in developing various types of laser guns to measure yardages on the golf course. one small laser gun, called littlelaser, appears to have a very large potential market. because of competition, laserspot does not believe that it can charge more than $80 for littlelaser. at this price, laserspot believes it can sell 100,000 of these laser guns. littlelaser will require an investment of $7,500,000 to manufacture, and the company wants an roi of 16%.

Well, i would start out by advertising a lot. take money out of unused profit to have build boards put up and internet advertising. also, make sure your store signs are large and noticeable. make sure you have good deals and prices that the average consumer would be okay with. also, location is key. being in a high technology based city/location would be excellent for your business because it is based off of technology. hope this ! : )

In the 10th grade, i was teamed up in a group of four. our project was on modern history. altho it seemed super hard for many of us. patrick fleming  took charge and showed us the understanding of this project.  his leadership showed great ethics and it taught me, personally, how to others understand, not just to show them, but explain it thoroughly. and altho he was a great teacher i would have changed a few things. one being his attitude. many times he would get frustrated and impatient with the group.  i think  a leader i would have done exactly  what he did but with much more patience and be there more to explain. such as lunch  learning. and giving everybody a chance to try to explain it in their  head.
