Ryan got a phone call from one of his regular customers asking if he had time to repair a couple of broken sprinkler heads on the customer's underground sprinkling system. although it was already 6: 00 p. m. and ben had put in a full day of work, he turned his car around and headed for the customer's house. as a small business owner, ben demonstrates: a) his need for additional cash flow. b) his ability to easily adapt and respond to his customer's needs. c) the fact that it is difficult to find employees willing to go the extra mile for a small business because benefits are d) that considering the fact that sprinkler heads are constantly breaking and need repair, his service is overpriced. e) nonexistent.

In the 10th grade, i was teamed up in a group of four. our project was on modern history. altho it seemed super hard for many of us. patrick fleming  took charge and showed us the understanding of this project.  his leadership showed great ethics and it taught me, personally, how to others understand, not just to show them, but explain it thoroughly. and altho he was a great teacher i would have changed a few things. one being his attitude. many times he would get frustrated and impatient with the group.  i think  a leader i would have done exactly  what he did but with much more patience and be there more to explain. such as lunch  learning. and giving everybody a chance to try to explain it in their  head.
