These social environment should concerned with needs and wants of the individuals and the factors that could stimulate them to achieve the goals of the organization. It should also include the influence which colleagues of the workers could have on the workers altitude and behaviour in the work process. Therefore, the management of the organization should develop an informal aspect of the organization structure which will focuse more on the patterns of behaviour and norms which will come into play in the process of social interaction of the workers in their culturally diverse and changing business environment.
