Bureaucratic organizations are structured by strict organizational charts for every department and every employee following a protocol for decision-making, formality and control are absolute.

Bureaucratic organizational pyramid is managed by many levels from the top, with the president or the CEO of the company, the vice presidents report to the CEO; directors report to the vice presidents; managers’ report to the directors; supervisors report to the managers; workers report to the supervisors, an increasingly greater number of employees at each level as you go down the pyramid, where everyone knows his place, and understands his responsibilities to the letter.

As power is held by a few people, flexibly responses are not typical,  any particular decision is pushed up through the hierarchy to the highest ranking officials, not even one bureaucratc Mexican organization is responsive, beside the hierarchy issue, there is also corruption and nepotism.

The hierarchycal process streamlining change can make the organization more responsive, reducing the time travel through all levels of the hierarchy between the source and the destination.
