A Rites of initiation are a good thing at the workplace. When Initiation is the rite of passage marking the entrance or acceptance into an organization a society. When I have experienced The rite of initiation at a place of work was I worked as an intern for a firm and I was told that the rite of initiation was for me to sing my favorite song. That I actually feel and sang my favorite song and it was too much fun and I was welcomed into the organization and introduced myself. I believe that the rites of initiation are important at the workplace. But It helps to increase engagement, boost up employee morale, and also foster a supportive culture. It also enables the organization to reach its goals as the workers are united and work as team members.
