Introduction: a description of your facility and the type of disaster the plan addresses
Resources: include any resource you would need, a brief description, and their contact information
Supplies: include all related supplies you should have on hand
Evacuation Plan: for any appropriate action based on the type of disaster with which you are dealing
Procedures checklists: What steps will you take to secure the facility, shut down the facility, and put the plan into action?
Recovery Plan: When the disaster passes, what steps will you take to get back to normal? Of what might you need to be careful? What obstacles might you encounter?
