As a one good HR manager, how can you be credible if you need to decide who you will choose between two employees misunderstanding/a problem inside the work premises?

HR persons can be credible by being in good relation with the employees and bringing out the best from them.

Conflicts or misunderstanding between the employees are inevitable. But as a good HR manager, one should be able to resolve their problems. One can be credible by being a good listener to the problems of the employee and the misunderstandings. He should understand and clarify the misunderstandings and agree on the best to resolve the conflicts.

He or she should also know whom to choose between the two by knowing who has better work ethics.
