you have to imagine what sort of business you're in. Once you've done that, do some research on the kinds of expenses
these businesses have, and try to discover, or make an educated guess, at the kinds of profits they might make.
Using this researched and invented information, create a master budget to present to the owner of the small business. Use
tables or charts to illustrate the numbers more clearly. Exploin each table or chart with a paragraph that outlines the
meaning of the numbers. What should the business expect to do differently in the following year in order to succeed based
on the budget analysis of the previous year?

include an operating budget and a flexible budget.
