Based on the available evidence, the Earll fund seems much more risky. It seems this fund’s managing company is making inappropriate promises about its fund. It has lost significant amounts of money and has had many ups and downs. Though it has earned money, it has not made consistent earnings, and it does not appear to be a low risk investment. That means it may have a much stronger potential to be fraudulent.

Both investment opportunities claim that they have a low level of risk. However, this only seems plausible for the Pima bond fund, which seems to make gradual returns without experiencing significant losses. On the other hand, the Earll stock fund repeatedly experienced major losses. While the Earll fund claims that it is not "volatile,” it experienced significant losses in 2011, 2012, and 2014. Both investment opportunities have made returns for investors. The Earll fund made strong claims about its returns.
