This is to narrow down the search result of the recruiter.

Third Stage - Interview with Hiring Manager

Finally, if the resumes passes the first two stages that it would likely be sent to the hiring manager or any other person charged with the decision to hire the candidate. The resumes are provided in the interview sections for the key hiring manager in order to begin the final interview process.
