HELP!! Planning the File Structure for a Shared Dropbox Account

You run a business that exclusively employs remote workers, and you want to set up a shared Dropbox account for use by all of your employees. Your priority is to create a folder structure that ensures the company files are well organized. Make a list of the folders you will need and determine what sort of overall structure and nested order best satisfies your requirements.
