- Only think positively. Do not ever think of "what if" s because this will make you think negatively and stop you from doing your job.

- One strategy I have is writing lots of different positives messages in a paper and cutting out each of them. Put them in anywhere you want and take one each day. This will make you start your day positively.

Not only that but you will revive a sense of achievement as well. Having a job not only helps people to earn money to live day by day but also have some benefits in the personal and emotional aspect.

The first benefit to look for a job would be that the mind would be busy doing other things. A person when he is not working and spending time alone at home can develop stress and get to the point of having anxiety because he is confined in the same place and doing nothing.
