(PLEASE HELP ME) Write 3-5 sentences about how you would deal with each situation.

1. One of your team members is very social. In fact, they believe they are the life of the party. This team member enjoys telling jokes which derails the conversation when you are tying to get work completed.

2. One team member is very sensitive and emotional. This member gets upset when they don’t feel listened to and are extremely offended if all of their ideas do not get used. To further complicate matters, most of the team members ideas are not practical.
