When keyboarding, if you want to be fast and accurate you should

As a typist myself, if you want to type as fast as possible, you need try to not use 2 fingers typing and use homerow method,  in my opinion, if you want to type fast without spending time to learn homerow method, you need to practice your accuracy, I figured my speed going up 20 words per minute in 3 weeks by practicing 98% or above accuracy. But if your trying to type up to 100 WPM using 2 fingers, chances are, it's not going to happen, my current fastest with 2 finger is only 80 WPM, and my average is 80 WPM with homerow, but most homerow typist type up to 150WPM using homerow which is absolutely insane, and some people are already typing up to 220 WPM.

Anyway conclusion:

Try typing with homerow, and try to make the accuracy is good as possible.

one of the disadvantages of getting a government sponsored mortgage is they put a limit on the purchase price of the house. because the government is in charge of the mortage loan and terms, they are able to control how much money they are allowing someone to take out for the loan. not only are they incontrol, it's a lengthy process for a government sponsored mortgage.
