1. "Making it Past Technology" - the resume that you passed will undergo various scans and screenings to filter the applicants on which the employer only needs.

2. "Initial Human Confirmation" - after the resume undergoes rigorous technological screenings, the company must now confirm if all the information you entered in the resume is true and accurate. They will make a series of calls to you, and to the people who referred you.
