Starbucks has truly been an inspiration for many organizations to follow ethical practices and eco-friendly modes of operation. However, certain practices like recycling, reduced plastic utility, encouraging natural energy consumption and promoting lesser use of paper could be few of the steps which organizations could focus on. Do you think inculcating these practices could be done through training/orientation programmes, or should they be ignored as development of innate characteristics?
