Innovation Research Firm is conducting surveys to assess the satisfaction levels of their customers versus the satisfaction of the customers of the Rival Research firm. The customers are divided into four groups: (1) large customers of Innovation Research Firm, (2) small customers of Innovation Research Firm, (3) large customers of Rival Research Firm, and (4) small customers of Rival Research Firm. A total of 400 customers are being surveyed by telephone or by Zoom.
The innovation Research Firm would like to conduct the survey in the least costly way possible. The following conditions must be met regarding the survey:
At least 10% but not more than 60% of the total customers should come from each group.
At least 70% of the surveyed should be Innovation Research Firm's customers.
At least 50% of surveys should be done via Zoom.
