The contract and the LC showed that the product name was CHIPBOARD, but when the customer confirmed the bills of lading, they requested that the product name on the bills should be changed to OSB (Oriented Strand Board). They claimed that if we would not have done that, the batch of goods would be subject to anti-dumping duties. Do you think there would be a problem with applying to what the customer said?
