Lisa wanted to have her antique table resurfaced. She called for a number of contractors who specialize in this kind of work and received bids ranging from $500 to $700. She accepted a bid from Frank who offered to do the work for $485. After Frank finished the table he asked Lisa for an additional $15 because he made a mistake with the initial price he quoted. He indicated that he could not possibly have completed the work for less than $500. Lisa, however only paid Frank $485. If Frank sues Lisa for the extra $15, who will prevail? Please explain
