To make the oatmeal shower bags:

Mix 2 cups rolled oats, 10-15 drops of oil and about 1/2 bar of grated soap (if that's the soap option you choose) in a bowl. You could also add in dried herbs (lavender would be a nice touch). Scoop mixture into small bags until about 3/4 of the way full and tie off in a knot.
