Carmine’s  co-worker is in the fourth stage in the consumer purchase decision process- Purchase decision. This is where the purchase takes place. In some ways, however, the final purchase decision can still be disrupted by  two factors: negative feedback from other clients and the level of motivation to accept this feedback.
