No tilt to the axis relative to the plane of he ecliptic. It is the 23 degree tilt that causes the seasons. In the northern hemisphere, warmer when the north pole points toward the sun, and cooler when the north pole points away from the sun. As it is, the only time we have the same equal day/night condition is on the two equinoxes and then, only at the equator.
